Chicagohenge

What is chicagohenge? I went to Chicago last week to document chicagohenge, and got some other photos I liked too. Consider this my photojournalistic…journal? Or, a place where I share my photos and my thoughts. If you want ONLY photos and not my thoughts, click here.

Johnson told me about chicagohenge a few weeks before it happened, so that was pretty cool because I had never heard about it prior. I ended up having the chance to go up to Chicago to document it, I didn’t do much reading on it before and I still haven’t, but I’m sure there are groups or forums that plan things around it. I saw some pictures of people biking during it like it was a planned thing, and this all occurs for really about 5 minutes twice a year, if the clouds and weather allow.
